Role: Tesco Bank Credit Risk Analyst

Location: Edinburgh/Glasgow

Duration: 6 months Temporary Contract

PAYE Only

Role

We’re looking for a skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our Credit Risk Reporting team within Banking Risk at Tesco Bank. This role is focused on supporting the integration of Tesco Bank with Barclays, where you’ll be attending meetings, discussing/assessing requirements and delivering data and reporting solutions, amongst other activities.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience of working with Credit Risk data and reports
  • Strong Data Management skills – Able to acquire, organize and process data to fulfil business objectives
  • Strong Analytical skills – Able to analyse data from multiple sources, draw appropriate conclusions and make suitable recommendations
  • Strong Reporting skills – Able to review, understand, explain and create complex reports
  • Strong Communication skills – Able manage stakeholders and clearly communicate issues, challenges and considerations
  • Strong SAS/SQL Programming skills and experience
  • Strong Excel skills

Good to have

  • Experience in Data Migration projects
  • Experience in a Banking/Risk environment
  • Change mindset – Able to replan and execute evolving activities during times of change
  • Planning and Organising skills – Able to work independently and without supervision to organise and prioritise activities to efficiently deliver business actions and objectives
