Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest feels valued and well cared for. Working hours

Friday and Saturday 18:30 - 22:00

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals.
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
  • Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns or special requests.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
  • Basic culinary knowledge is an advantage for assisting with food preparation tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest services.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic kitchen environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the hospitality sector.
