Job Vacancy – Nepali Food Stall Cook/Operator (2 Positions Available)

Location: Canada Water, London, SE15 7AR

We are looking for reliable, friendly, and hardworking Nepali Street Food Stall Cook/Operators to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • ⁠ ⁠Prepare and cook Nepali dumplings, and Nepali Chowmein and Fried Rice to a high standard.
  • ⁠ ⁠Prepare bubble tea and other beverages.
  • ⁠ ⁠Provide excellent customer service and confidently answer customer questions about our menu, ingredients, and allergens.
  • ⁠ ⁠Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
  • ⁠ ⁠Set up the gazebo, equipment, and stall before opening.
  • ⁠ ⁠Pack down and dismantle the stall at the end of the day.
  • Wash dishes at the end of the day.
  • ⁠ ⁠Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including washing utensils, equipment, and work surfaces.
  • ⁠ ⁠Follow all UK food hygiene and food safety regulations, including safe food handling, temperature control, allergen awareness, and cross-contamination prevention.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ensure the stall complies with all health and safety requirements at all times.
  • ⁠ ⁠Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • ⁠ ⁠Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or food service is preferred but not essential.
  • ⁠ ⁠A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable, or a willingness to obtain one.
  • CAN DO and positive ATTITUDE.
  • ⁠ ⁠Confident, friendly, reliable, and punctual.
  • ⁠ ⁠Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • ⁠ ⁠A strong team player with good communication skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠Comfortable lifting and moving equipment during setup and pack down.
  • ⁠ ⁠Must have the right to work in the UK.
