If you are a Food & Beverage Manager with high standards, passion and the drive to succeed, with excellent people management skills, then we would love to hear from you.

With our team, guest standards and commercial goals at the heart of all we do, we now seek to appoint a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead our team in this crucial part of the business, at Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa.

Working closely with a newly appointed Culinary Director and our Hotel Resident Manager, you will ‘raise the bar’ for our guests and build high performing teams across our primary restaurant; Cambium, the traditional Thai restaurant; Zen Garden, Cambium Bar & Lounge and for Events & Private Dining.

The role is new to our business, full time, 48 hours per week on a 5 in 7 days basis and will include weekend working on a rota basis.

It is an exciting time to join the hotel as a continued programme of investment is taking place further to new ownership just over a year ago.

Our ideal candidate:

  • A strong food & beverage background preferably gained at 4 star/rosette level
  • Proven leadership qualities with an approachable and personable management style putting your teams first
  • Exceptional attention to detail standards and a real knowledge of ‘the numbers’
  • Duty management experience
  • Excellent standards of guest care
  • Minimum Level 2 food safety certification
  • WSET qualifications desirable
