Job Overview

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll help deliver a welcoming hospitality experience while supporting smooth restaurant operations. You’ll work alongside the team to maintain high standards across food preparation, service and food production.

Your experience will be necessary to help lead the team. We work on 45 -60 hour week. 5 days out of 7.

Duties

  • Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, team management and staff supervision.
  • Lead and encourage colleagues to provide attentive serving and a positive guest experience.
  • Help coordinate bar service, including bartending and barista duties where needed.
  • Maintain food safety standards and support.
  • Your impact: By guiding the team and upholding safe food practices, you help guests enjoy reliable service.

Qualifications

  • Restaurant, hospitality or hotel experience is useful.
  • Supervising experience, leadership skills and confidence supporting a team are desirable.
  • Culinary or kitchen experience is welcome, as are bartending and barista skills.

Pay: £13.50-£14.25 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 – 60.0 per week
