Full job description

We’re looking to recruit an enthusiastic part-time therapist for our Spa Treatment Room. Our treatment room is within a quaint thatched cottage, located in the beautiful gardens.

Our Spa Therapists are responsible for the delivery of a wide range luscious massages, using the must luxurious brand TEMPLE SPA. We are seeking for a therapist that is able to deliver exceptional customer service with a passion to ensure the guests experience is outstanding.

Qualities and Skills we’re looking for:

NVQ Beauty Level 3 is essential

Training in Temple Spa products is desired

Excellent customer service skills with a customer focused attitude

Great communication & interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic with a ‘can do attitude’

Enjoys working with an enthusiastic, positive team

Possess the ability to work without direct supervision.

Flexible working schedule

You will be responsible for:

Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with

spa protocols and accepted certification practices.

Properly care for equipment, undertake stock counts, perform pre-work and after cleaning

Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered

Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law, policies and procedures.

Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.

Handling guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
