Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
  • Provide outstanding customer service from arrival to departure.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
  • Serve food and drinks to Afrikana brand standards.
  • Build positive relationships with guests and ensure memorable dining experiences.
  • Promote menu specials, upsell products, and increase guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the restaurant.
  • Support team members during busy service periods.
  • Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and restaurant security procedures.
