We are now looking for a Project Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 42.5 hours per week.

What Your Role Looks Like

As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of specialist healthcare fit-out projects, from tender handover through to completion.

Taking full ownership of project delivery, you will oversee planning, co-ordination and implementation activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in full and to the highest commercial and quality standards.

You will also manage relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams, maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with contractual, safety and operational requirements.

Additionally, you will:

- Ensure company processes and procedures are followed throughout project delivery
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Monitor contractual requirements and project agreements
- Conduct site-specific risk assessments
- Produce, review and brief RAMS and method statements
- Build positive client relationships to support future business opportunities

What We Need From You

To be considered as a Project Manager, you will need:

- Proven construction project management experience
- Experience delivering projects from handover through to completion
- The ability to manage subcontractors, site teams and project resources effectively
- Strong organisational and project documentation skills
- A good understanding of construction contracts and project delivery environments
- A proactive commitment to Health & Safety best practice
- A full UK driving licence
