Hours - 30 hours per week contract available

LARDON

We are a new Restaurant concept coming to the Cotswold: featuring European inspired small plates that are ingredient led and wood fired. This new concept will form a wider part of the already established and reputable food group which includes, KNEAD bakery as well as Jesse smith & WJ Castle Butchers. You’ll be part of a vibrant all-day operation — serving breakfast and lunch seven days a week, with lively supper service on Friday and Saturday nights.

We are an independent, high-quality restaurant and bakery focused on premium baked goods, brunch, wood fired food, coffee, and delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Our LARDON family is growing, and we are looking for engaging and passionate FOH Assistants to join our team.

About you

As an FOH Assistant, you will be able work with the FOH Manager to provide an excellent customer and food experience.

You will be a fantastic ambassador of LARDON and able to engage with our customers, welcoming them and advising our great range of products, talking confidently and knowledgeably about the varieties and flavours of our ingredients.

Experience of a similar food, restaurant, or café environment preferred but not essential.

Main responsibilities

· Barista trained (preferred or those with café experience) and waiting on tables

. Working at the forefront of the bakery serving our customers with the ability to serve on our bar

· Champion full shelves, with 100% accuracy of fixed merchandising, appropriate POS, and pricing handle cash while using our till systems

· Learning about our products/production

· Assist store management team to ensure the store operates within internal audit requirements
