What the Role Involves:


As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you’ll work across all areas of our complex, including the bar, café, restaurant, and outdoor dining spaces. Your day could include:

  • Preparing and assisting with food service
  • Preparing and serving barista‑style coffees to a high standard (training provided)
  • Serving guests at the bar, café, and restaurant
  • Running food and drinks efficiently and confidently, including delivering dishes to tables, checking order accuracy, ensuring presentation standards are met, and engaging with guests to ensure they have everything they need
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, including washing up
  • Supporting the wider F&B team with tasks as required
  • Delivering warm, attentive, and consistent customer service
  • Supporting KP duties, including pot‑washing, maintaining clean kitchen areas, and ensuring equipment and utensils are ready for service

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential
  • A positive, proactive attitude is essential
  • A genuine passion for great service
  • A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment

About the Setting:


The Pier House has recently undergone a full refurbishment, offering a fresh, modern space with unbeatable coastal views. You’ll be part of a friendly, motivated team helping to deliver our brand‑new menu and exceptional guest experience across all dining areas.


Additional Details:

  • Seasonal position running until December 2026, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
  • Availability during evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays, and school holiday periods is essential.
  • Zero‑hour contract, ideal for those looking to balance work with studies, other commitments, or seasonal availability. Shifts are provided based on business needs, with the opportunity to pick up additional hours during busy periods.
