Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a welcoming attitude
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled

Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items and enhance the dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and service areas throughout shifts
Ensure food safety standards are followed during food preparation, serving, and handling
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues efficiently

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques
Familiarity with food preparation processes and basic culinary terminology
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for billing and transactions
Prior kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food handling
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
