Renowned for quality, innovation, and flavour, Fever-Tree has been voted the World's Best Selling and Top Trending Mixer by the world's best bars for 12 consecutive years.

Following the successful openings of our airport venues in Edinburgh and Manchester, we're excited to be opening our third airport location and first venue in the London area at Gatwick Airport.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious hospitality manager to join the opening leadership team, help shape a brand-new venue from day one, and play a key role in the next stage of Fever-Tree's growth journey.

The Role

Working alongside the General Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operation of our newest premium airport bar. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest operational standards.

You'll be instrumental in creating a culture of excellence while ensuring the venue operates efficiently, compliantly, and profitably.

You will:

  • Support the successful launch of our newest venue at Gatwick Airport
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of the opening team
  • Lead shifts and support the day-to-day operation of the venue
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the Fever-Tree brand
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Ensure our premium service standards are consistently achieved
  • Support stock management, ordering, and cost control
  • Assist with labour management and productivity planning
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, licensing, and airport regulations
  • Support the delivery of business targets, budgets, and profitability
  • Act as a brand ambassador and uphold Fever-Tree standards at all times

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a driven and experienced hospitality leader with a passion for premium service and team development.

Ideal candidates will:

  • Have previous management or assistant management experience within hospitality
  • Have experience leading teams in a busy bar, restaurant, café, hotel, or airport environment
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of guest service and operational excellence
  • Be confident coaching, developing, and motivating teams
  • Have experience managing standards, compliance, and financial controls
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a genuine passion for hospitality and premium brands
  • Hold a valid passport and be able to provide a full 5-year history for airport vetting

Why Join Fever-Tree?

  • Be part of the opening leadership team at Gatwick Airport
  • Join a growing business with successful venues in Edinburgh and Manchester
  • Help launch our first venue in the London area
  • Work for one of the world's most recognised premium drinks brands
  • Ongoing training, development, and leadership support
  • Excellent opportunities for career progression as the business continues to grow
  • Competitive salary, bonus potential, and travel support
  • Employee discounts and company benefits
  • Sociable, supportive, and high-energy working environment
