Who we are

The roles

These are fixed-term roles over the festive season. Choose the one that suits you when you apply, and we'll match you to where you'll shine.

• Front of House Team Member: welcome guests, recommend dishes and drinks, and look after every table.
• Bartender: pour, mix and serve with a smile, and keep the festive drinks flowing. You'll need to be 18 or over.

That starts with how we treat each other. Teams who look out for one another, have fun together and take pride in what they do create the moments guests remember.

New to hospitality? You'll get full training and a team that has your back from day one.

What you'll be doing

• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel at home.
• Take orders accurately, including allergen and dietary requests, following our procedures every time.
• Look after Christmas parties and groups so everyone has a brilliant time.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar so every plate and drink goes out right.
• Help your teammates when it gets busy, and keep the restaurant clean, tidy and ready for guests.

What we're looking for

Are you a Prezzo person? You're warm, genuine and generous with your time. You love great food and you love people even more. You make every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk in, you lift the team around you, and you take pride in getting the little things right.

• A friendly, confident way with people.
• Energy and a positive attitude, even on the busiest nights. Availability across the festive season, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience is great, but it isn't essential.
• Your personality matters most, and we'll teach you the rest.
