  • Assist with the induction, coaching and ongoing training of new team members.
  • Resolve guest queries and complaints professionally and confidently.
  • Support the bar team by preparing and serving quality drinks and beautifully presented cocktails when required.
  • Assist with the organisation and delivery of private events, group bookings and pre-orders.
  • Communicate effectively with management, providing daily reports and operational updates where required.
  • Help maintain cleanliness, organisation and company standards across all areas of the venue.

  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy seasonal periods.

What We Offer

  • Opportunities for genuine career progression within a growing independent business.
  • Ongoing training and professional development.
  • A supportive and friendly team environment.
  • The opportunity to work in one of Plymouth's busiest and most exciting restaurant and cocktail bar venues.
