Full job description

We are an independent operator with three Food & Beverage outlets with plans to open several more.

We are looking for a relief manager to work on a Summer Contract, with energy, drive and a fresh approach to bar management for our busy award winning Worthing Beach Side Bar & Cafe. The ideal candidate should have the following:

-

minimum 6 months experience in a similar role.

-

be extremely service orientated.

-

be organised and have the best front of house and housekeeping standards.

-

be able to project a professional image, with excellent social skills and team building abilities.

-

be a good people person, able to work with all teams across all our locations.

-

be able to demonstrate sound observational skills during a busy service.

-

a personal license holder is preferred, along with local hygiene certificates, knowledge of health and safety, cellar management and basic wine knowledge.

-

good food knowledge as the Head Chef reports to this position.

If you have bar or restaurant management experience and want to work with one of West Sussex's newest and best Food & Beverage operators then we want to meet you.

Responsibilities and Duties

You must be competent and efficient in all the usual bar management tasks, and it is vital that candidates share our ethos for both the atmosphere and the products we are proud to offer. We are a local company who prides itself on an excellent ethical reputation.

You must be able to work weekends, public holidays and cover shifts when necessary.
