Full job description

The Seeds School is looking for an experienced teacher to join a friendly team in a mixed SEND School providing support for 14-16-year-old students.

PLEASE NOTE - We currently have vacancies in this role at both our Telford site and our Walsall site, with both part-time and full-time vacancies available.

The Seeds School is an Independent School aimed at supporting students with a primary need of SEMH at Key Stage 4.

You will be responsible for the delivery of multiple subjects as well as learning and supporting other tutors with the embedding of English, Maths and ICT.. You must be able to instil enthusiasm and enjoyment into the learning process in such a way that can lead to increased self-esteem and enhanced engagement in learning.

Applicants for this post must have experience of working with young and vulnerable people with special needs, challenging behaviours and mental health difficulties.

Applicants must have a professional approach, be flexible and able to work alongside students engaged in vocational settings, as well as in a classroom environment.
