Job Type: Permanent – Full-time or Part-time

The Boathouse is a busy restaurant and bar known for its welcoming atmosphere, great food, and excellent service. We are looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our growing team. About the Role

As a Waiter / Waitress / Bartender, you will be responsible for ensuring guests receive excellent service throughout their visit. The role includes taking food and drink orders, serving guests efficiently, assisting with bar service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction

· Greet and escort guests to their tables

· Present menus and provide information on dishes, ingredients, and allergens

· Inform guests about daily specials

· Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system

· Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently

· Assist with bar service when required

· Check identification when serving alcoholic beverages

· Prepare and maintain table settings

· Deliver bills and process payments

· Maintain cleanliness of the dining area

· Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams

· Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations

Requirements

· Previous hospitality experience preferred

· Experience using POS systems

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment

· Professional appearance and positive attitude

· Team‑oriented mindset

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

· Food safety training is a plus
