About the Store

This role is based at within our South Ockendon store, a high-volume, fast-paced location with strong customer demand and a vibrant late-night trade.

Your Role as Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you’re not just running a store – you’re leading a team, building a strong culture, and shaping the future of our business. This is your opportunity to take ownership, lead with impact, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Run the show – manage day-to-day store operations with confidence and precision
  • Lead by example – train, develop, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Stay in control – oversee stock, inventory, and ordering with strong attention to detail
  • Keep it fresh – ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (including HACCP)
  • Grow the team – recruit, coach, and develop future leaders
  • Drive performance – hit sales, labour, and food cost targets through strong operational focus
  • Promote the brand – support local marketing and upselling initiatives to grow the business
  • Maintain standards – consistently deliver Domino’s UK operational and service excellence

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant, QSR, or hospitality environment, in a supervisory/ managerial role (preferably prior Domino's experience)
  • A confident, hands-on leader who brings energy and positivity
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and thrive in a busy environment
