Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

Overview:
Join our team as a Senior Care Assistant and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be a key member of our care team, providing high-quality care and support to our residents in a compassionate and professional manner. Your role will involve overseeing and coordinating care activities, ensuring the well-being and comfort of those under your supervision.

Duties:
- Provide senior care services in accordance with individual care plans
- Supervise and lead a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalized care plans

- Administer medication according to policies and procedures
