Job Summary

An opportunity has arisen at Doubletree By Hilton Cadbury House, the South West’s finest four star contemporary 132-bedroom boutique hotel and spa set within the rolling English countryside, for Food and Beverage Assistants.

You will ensure that both standards and specifications are met, ensuring service delivery will be an occasion for all guests. Waiting experience is not essential for this particular role as full training will be given.

This role is offered on a genuine casual worker agreement, meaning there are no guaranteed hours. You'll have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts that suit your availability, and we'll offer work when business needs require.

Key Tasks will involve:

- Looking professional, being punctual, polite, courteous and helpful to guests and colleagues at all times.

- Being inspirational, going out of your way to make the guest journey one they will never forget.

- Being flexible in responsibilities, working as a team deliver inspiration customer service together!

- Be fully conversant with the facilities, services and promotions offered by the hotel and whenever appropriate, offer this information to the guest.

- Ensure Company policies and procedures are adhered to in line with Company standards and Financial Audits.
