Junior Sales Associate – Immediate Start

Location: Cardiff City Centre

Our client is an expanding sales and marketing organisation based in the heart of Cardiff. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add enthusiastic, ambitious people to their team who are keen to gain commercial experience, develop their skills and work towards a long-term career.

This position would suit someone who is confident, outgoing and motivated by achieving personal and professional goals. You’ll receive practical experience, ongoing guidance and the opportunity to develop within a positive and encouraging working environment.

Central Cardiff Office

The office is conveniently situated in Cardiff City Centre, within easy walking distance of Cardiff Central Station and surrounded by shops, cafés and local amenities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with customers through face-to-face sales
  • Representing clients across events, business-to-business and residential campaigns
  • Promoting well-known household brands
  • Working towards personal and team performance objectives
  • Taking part in practical training to strengthen your sales, communication and leadership abilities
  • Providing support and guidance to newer team members as you gain experience

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Confident and comfortable communicating with people
  • Positive, enthusiastic and able to work well within a team
  • Ambitious, target-focused and self-motivated
  • Passionate about delivering a good customer experience
  • Dependable and committed to their development
  • Able to commit to at least 4 full days each week
  • Must be 18 or over
  • Must not be on student visa

No previous sales experience is required. Full training, coaching and ongoing support will be provided, making this a suitable opportunity for candidates looking to enter the sales and marketing sector.
