We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations effectively.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using basic maths skills.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed to enhance their dining experience.
• Prepare food

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
• A willingness to learn about food preparation techniques is beneficial.
• Must be a team player who can contribute positively to the overall atmosphere of the establishment.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
