Overview
Join a welcoming café team as a Barista/Waitress, preparing drinks and food while providing attentive service. You’ll help create a pleasant experience for guests from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee and other beverages, following recipes and food safety practices.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and respond helpfully to guest requests.
- Assist with food preparation and keep service areas clean and organised.
- Handle payments accurately and support smooth service during busy periods.
- Your impact: Attentive service and well-prepared orders help guests enjoy a safe, welcoming visit.
Requirements
- A friendly, customer-focused approach and clear communication.
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Basic maths skills for taking payments and checking orders.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Barista experience is welcome; serving or food preparation experience is also useful.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
