About us…
If you want to get technical, we’re a restaurant with rooms, but we like to think we’re so much more than that! We’re set on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and we like to think of ourselves as a place for people to relax, catch up with friends and explore new tastes and food concepts, whether that’s in our Cellar Bar, Kitchen Garden or Restaurant.

About the role…
At Llys Meddyg, we take pride in all that Pembrokeshire has to offer and that includes our local produce! Our chef’s work hard to bring the very best out in our dishes and we’d love for you to have a similar passion. You’ve heard the phrase ‘service with a smile’, well we don’t like to tell you how to act, but we’re looking for someone who has a passion for good service. It’s a fast-paced, on your feet, busy role but it’s rewarding too, with a great team to support you every day.

What we need from you…
It would be great if you have experience of food and drink service, but what really matters to us is that you have a great attitude and fantastic attention to detail. You’ll take a pride in what you do and you’ll have high personal standards of service and energy levels. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of our business, so you’ll also be friendly and able to give a warm welcome to any guests you meet. Being a team player is at the core of what we believe in, so turning your hand to help your workmates goes a long way.
