What you’ll be doing…
As Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operation, ensuring services run efficiently while inspiring your team to achieve their best.
- Leading, motivating and supporting team members to consistently deliver outstanding service.
- Overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant, café and patient feeding services.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and health & safety.
- Managing team rotas and ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet service needs.
- Building a positive team culture through coaching, training and ongoing development.
- Responding professionally to customer feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer and patient experience.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and healthcare standards.
- Working closely with management to achieve operational and service excellence goals.
- Ensure all general administrative duties are up to date completed to the highest standard
- To ensure that site records are maintained for the following areas: COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and employees
- To maintain client and Elior UK confidentiality and security at all times

What you'll bring:
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive, customer-focused mindset.
- The ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment.
- Experience within hospitality, catering, retail or healthcare services would be advantageous.
