What you’ll be doing…
As Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operation, ensuring services run efficiently while inspiring your team to achieve their best.
  • Leading, motivating and supporting team members to consistently deliver outstanding service.
  • Overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant, café and patient feeding services.
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and health & safety.
  • Managing team rotas and ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet service needs.
  • Building a positive team culture through coaching, training and ongoing development.
  • Responding professionally to customer feedback and resolving issues promptly.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer and patient experience.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and healthcare standards.
  • Working closely with management to achieve operational and service excellence goals.
  • Ensure all general administrative duties are up to date completed to the highest standard
  • To ensure that site records are maintained for the following areas: COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and employees
  • To maintain client and Elior UK confidentiality and security at all times
Working pattern: 5 days out of 7 | 37.5 hours per week

What you'll bring:
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A positive, customer-focused mindset.
  • The ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment.
  • Experience within hospitality, catering, retail or healthcare services would be advantageous.
Contract of employment will be issued directly by Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and this will set out your full terms and conditions including pay, benefits, and policies.
