Shift Pattern: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 5:30am to 6:30pm
Salary: £25,300.00 + 28% shift allowance (£32,384.00 total) + bonus

Corin is a global leader in orthopaedic innovation, designing and manufacturing hip and knee implants that help improve patients' lives around the world. Based in Cirencester, our team of 500+ employees are committed to delivering quality, precision and innovation every day.
We're launching an exciting new shift and are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent work-life balance, with Monday to Thursday free every week.

As a Quality Inspector, you will:
  • Check materials and products meet quality standards
  • Carry out inspections at different stages of the manufacturing process
  • Identify and report any quality issues
  • Keep accurate quality records and update company systems
  • Use inspection tools and equipment safely and correctly
  • Ensure equipment is checked and available for calibration when required
  • Review production documentation and support product release
  • Work with colleagues across different teams to resolve issues
  • Follow company quality procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
The ideal Quality Inspector will have/be:
  • An excellent level of attention to detail
  • A minimal education background of GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Previous work experience in either a manufacturing, automotive, aerospace or highly regulated environment would be desirable, but not essential
  • An eagerness and willingness to learn new tasks that involve general inspection, measurement, and associated activities (eg - reading engineering drawings)
  • A detail-orientated approach and the ability to make informed decisions based on the quality of the product
To support your onboarding, you'll complete an initial Monday to Friday training programme. Training shifts can be tailored to suit your experience and circumstances:
  • Earlies: 5:30am to 2:00pm Mon-Thu, 5:30am to 11:00am Fri
  • Lates: 1:45pm to 10:15pm Mon-Thu, 10:45am to 4:15pm Fri
  • Days: 8:30am to 5:00pm Mon-Thu, 8:30am to 4:30pm Fri
