We're looking for a creative, proactive and enthusiastic Content Manager to join our growing team at Springmount Dental & Implants.

This is an exciting opportunity to become the driving force behind our brand across our two luxury private dental practices in Matlock and Chesterfield.

You'll work closely with our clinicians, team members and patients to capture authentic moments, create engaging content and showcase the exceptional care we provide. From filming smile transformations and patient journeys to producing creative campaigns that generate new enquiries, no two days will be the same.

What you'll be doing

• Planning, creating and managing engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Capturing high-quality photography and videography throughout both practices.
• Filming and editing patient journeys, treatment transformations, educational content and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Managing and maintaining a structured social media content calendar.
• Working closely with clinicians to showcase treatments including cosmetic dentistry, implants, Invisalign, facial aesthetics and general dentistry.
• Protecting and developing the Springmount brand across all marketing channels.
• Collaborating with our Business Development Manager and external marketing partners to create content that supports advertising campaigns and patient growth.
• Monitoring content performance and using insights to continually improve engagement and enquiries.
• Building genuine relationships with patients and the wider team to create authentic, engaging content.

We're looking for someone who has

• Experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing.
• Excellent photography, videography and video editing skills.
• A creative eye for storytelling and branding.
• Confidence filming and interviewing people in a natural, engaging way.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team.
• A positive, proactive attitude with plenty of creative ideas.
• A full UK driving licence and access to reliable transport, as regular travel between our Matlock and Chesterfield practices is required.

Desirable

• Experience managing Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling platforms.
• Experience creating content for paid advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar editing software.
• Experience within healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality or luxury brands.

Location

This role is based across both our Matlock and Chesterfield practices. Regular travel between both sites is required, so access to your own transport is essential.
