About Us
We are a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar in the heart of Edinburgh, known for delivering exceptional food, drinks, and service. Our coffee offering is a key part of the guest experience, and we’re looking for a passionate and highly skilled Barista to take it to the next level.

The Role
As an in house Barista, you will be responsible for crafting outstanding coffee in a busy, dynamic environment. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining consistency, quality, and speed during peak service times, while also contributing to menu development and team training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks to a consistently excellent standard
  • Operate efficiently in a high-volume setting without compromising quality
  • Dial in grinders, monitor extraction, and maintain equipment
  • Support development of seasonal coffee menus and specialty drinks
  • Train and mentor staff in coffee preparation and service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee stations
  • Competency in all drinks served from caffe bar space including cocktails and spritz menus

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a barista in a busy café, restaurant, or bar
  • Advanced knowledge of coffee, including extraction, milk texturing, and latte art
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

18+: £13.20 - £13.45 p/h (base wage £11.35 + Qualified TRONC estimate from last 12 months)

21+: £15 - £15.50p/h (base wage £13.21 + Qualified TRONC estimate from last 12 months)
