The Role

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team as a grill and barbecue trained chef, previous experience with high volume restaurants and pubs is a big plus. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you’ll take ownership of your section, deliver consistently high standards, and help bring our menu to life. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, creative environment where teamwork and attention to detail are everything.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run your section efficiently during prep and service, ensuring dishes go out to spec and on time.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in day-to-day operations, including stock management, ordering, and prep.
  • Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
  • Assist in training and supporting junior chefs and kitchen porters.
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service and an outstanding guest experience.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up) in a busy kitchen.
  • Passion for grilled and barbecue flavours, comfort food, and modern sharing concepts.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining high kitchen standards.
  • Positive, professional attitude with a love for hospitality.
