Scotlands Spa Hotel is a leisure-based hotel located in Pitlochry, featuring 80 rooms, a bar, a coffee shop, and swimming pool, spa and gym. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences in a beautiful setting.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join ourbreakfast team at Scotlands Spa Hotel. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding service to our guests while ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will cover breakfast lunch and Afternoon Tea, service times

Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously in the restaurant and bar areas.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Assist with menu recommendations and upselling of specials to enhance guest experience.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation between front-of-house and back-of-house.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a server or hospitality role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
