We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes, working across different sections, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to a consistently high standard
• Working across various sections of the kitchen as required
• Ensuring all food is prepared and presented in line with company standards
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workstation
• Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Assisting with stock control, rotation, and deliveries
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Working Hours:

• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays 5/7 Days

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
