Full job description

The Market Coffee House is a small, family-run restaurant and bar in a prime location just off Spitalfields Market. We serve high quality wine and belgian beer alongside a carefully sourced, ever chaning seasonal menu.

We are looking someone who is passionate about traditional english and french cuisine and enthusiastic & professional in the kitchen.

We serve breakfast, lunch & dinner and also cater for private events.

The team here is dynamic and friendly, working together to create a welcoming & calm environment.

We are looking for:

- reliability, trustworthiness & punctuality

- interest in seasonal british produce and a love for cooking

- understanding of classical cooking techniques

- strong adherence to environmental health & health & safety procedures. Knowledge of SAFER FOOD BETTER BUSINESS would be useful.

- Flexibility & creativity

- Ability to work within a team and use initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £33,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
