Full job description
Role Description:
We're installing and running large-scale out-of-home advertising campaigns across Edinburgh during the Fringe festival. Based out of our Edinburgh warehouse, you'll be the operational backbone keeping our production team organised, informed and moving at pace during one of the UK's busiest events.
This is a full-time role requiring flexibility around working hours, including evenings and weekends.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Managing crew schedules, shift rotas and daily briefings
- Tracking installation progress across multiple sites across the city
- Liaising with suppliers, printers and contractors
- Coordinating vehicle and equipment logistics from the warehouse
- Maintaining asset and materials inventory
- Fielding calls and communications on behalf of the production team
- Supporting senior managers with reporting and documentation
- Problem-solving on the fly when plans change
About You:
- Organised and calm under pressure
- Strong communicator — written and verbal
- Confident with spreadsheets and scheduling tools
- Previous events, production or logistics admin experience
- Festival or live events background a bonus
- Full driving licence useful, but not essential
