Full job description

We are looking for Waiting & bar staff to join us here at Hartham Park Estate, Corsham. You will prominently be working at The Forge & Pheasant Cafe, however there will be further requirements to assist with spectacular high profile Weddings, events & conferences in the Manor House which make this an exciting & diverse role.

Must have experience working in a high quality, full service and busy restaurant, hotel, bar or café.

Must haves to apply; Proven experience of working in a busy hotel, café, pub or restaurant environment, weekend availability & in the Corsham/West Wilts area able to reach us with ease.

About us

The Forge & Pheasant is a brand new Café, bar & restaurant situated on the historic Hartham Park Estate, Corsham.

We have a high quality, yet accessible, day-time dining offering available. Barista coffee, craft beer, artisan wines alongside freshly prepared and beautifully presented dishes coming from the kitchen.

We are a young & entrepreneurial company & we are looking for likeminded hospitality professionals to join us at the start of this truly exiting journey.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Take and process orders accurately while managing multiple tables efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar.
  • Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
