What you’ll do

  • Act as the guardian of quality across all artwork before it leaves the studio.
  • Check, review, and perfect files against brand guidelines, print specifications, and client instructions.
  • Collaborate with production teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, in full, and right first time.
  • Use your expertise in print, colour, and layout to ensure flawless output that elevates our client’s brand.
  • Drive continuous improvement by supporting automation, studio efficiency initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
  • Be a trusted partner to colleagues and clients, ensuring clear communication and solutions that work.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous proofreading and packaging industry experience.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A methodical, organised, and calm-under-pressure problem solver.
  • Someone with confidence, flexibility, and a keen eye for design, layout, and technical accuracy.
  • A proactive team player who brings energy, positivity, and a “can-do” mindset.
