Sommelier

Day to day

As a Sommelier your main role will be preparing and serving drinks to our guests.

You will be communicating directly with guests and be required to demonstrate a good level of beverage knowledge and capable of making recommendations based on personal preferences.

You will be responsible for communicating stock requirements to the Head Sommelier and ensuring a clean and efficient working environment.

You would be heavily involved in menu development and workly with the Head Sommelier regarding any ideas you may have to improve the service and product.

This role involves working 4 days between Wednesday-Sunday every week. Shifts patterns may vary but average hours are 50 each week.

Benefits

45 hours - £37,000-£39,000 package, including tips, staff rewards and incentives, regular social events, summer and winter closure holidays, staff discount, meals provided, private healthcare, company pension contribution
