Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and proactive General Operative to join our clients team at Honeypot Lane (NG33 5LT). The ideal candidate will be adaptable, hardworking, and eager to contribute to a dynamic working environment.

Description of Duties include but not limited to:

  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Checking incoming goods against delivery notes
  • Sorting Through order returns from customers and liaising regularly with the Quality control department.
  • Assisting with stock counts and inventory control
  • Operating basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
  • Following all company health and safety procedures
  • Reporting damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors
  • Supporting team members and supervisors as required

and any other related tasks as directed by the site manager.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is advantageous but not essential
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
  • Basic physical fitness, with the ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
