Do you know jewellery and gemstones inside out, and love sharing that knowledge? Shop TJC is looking for expert jewellery presenters to join our live TV shopping team. You will bring diamonds, gemstones and fine jewellery to life on air, build trust with viewers through your expertise, and turn that trust into sales.

This is a fast-paced, live environment where no two shows are the same. If you are confident, quick thinking and have real depth in your field, we want to hear from you.

What you will do

• Present live jewellery and gemstone shows, explaining each piece with expert knowledge, energy and accuracy.
• Talk viewers through gemstone quality, cut, colour, clarity, treatments, origin and care in clear, simple language.
• Engage viewers and callers, answering technical questions and building trust on air.
• Drive sales during your shows and hit sales targets.
• Work closely with buyers, gemmologists, producers and the wider studio team to prepare and deliver great shows.
• Stay calm and think on your feet when things change live on air.
• Represent the Shop TJC brand with credibility and professionalism, on air and online.

What we are looking for

Essential

• Knowledge of jewellery and gemstones, backed by proven experience in the industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with a clear, warm and natural speaking style.
• A strong on-screen presence and the confidence to present live.
• The ability to engage customers and drive sales.
• Comfortable working to deadlines, targets and live broadcast schedules.
• The right to work in the UK.

Preferred

• A GIA qualification or certification (for example, as a graduate gemmologist or certified appraiser).
• Previous experience in TV shopping or live presenting.
• A background in retail or sales, especially face-to-face selling.
