The Swinside Inn

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Front of House staff member to join our team at The Swinside Inn.

If you take pride in great customer service and would enjoy working in a welcoming country pub, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

  • Greeting and looking after customers
  • Taking food and drink orders and serving at the bar
  • Keeping the pub clean, tidy, and well presented
  • Managing stock
  • Working as part of a supportive team during busy service times

Daily Tasks

  • Providing table service to restaurant customers
  • Taking orders and serving at the bar
  • Daily and weekly cleaning jobs

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, can do attitude and a warm personality
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Punctuality and good organisation skills
  • Good social skills and able to work as part of a team
  • Reliability and flexibility (evenings/weekends may be required)
  • Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential — full training provided
