Deer Park Care Home provides expert 24-hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care in contemporary and elegant surroundings. It offers an array of luxurious facilities; including beautifully decorated bedrooms equipped with ensuite wet-rooms, a selection of stylish lounges, multiple restaurants, a gym, cafe, cinema, a sumptuous hairdressing salon, leisure and wellness room, a private dining room and two acres of breath-taking gardens.

Full Time NIGHTS Position - 36 or 48 Contracted - 12 Hour Shifts - 8pm to 8am - Alternative Weekends

As a Care Assistant you will make a real difference in people's lives every day with a rewarding career. You will care for our residents as though they are your own family, ensuring the physical, social, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Daily responsibilities in this role include:

  • Respect each resident as an individual, tailoring care to their personal needs and preferences according to their care plan.
  • Support residents with daily living activities including; washing, toileting, dressing and grooming.
  • Promote choice, dignity, and independence through person-centred care.
  • Support residents during mealtimes and ensure they have access to food and refreshments whenever they wish
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through kindness, empathy, and compassion with residents.
