Godfrey Group Facilities Ltd is a national housekeeping company with our head office based in Ruthin, North Wales. We’re currently looking for a Housekeeping Checker to join our team at a prestigious holiday park in Delamere, supporting the cleaning and housekeeping operations across lodges and accommodation facilities.

Key Details

  • Pay: £13.00per hour
  • Hours: 6 - 12hrs per week
  • Working days: Key working days are Mondays and Fridays- Additional days may be available.
  • Typical hours: 9am–4:00pm
  • Transport: Must have own vehicle to travel to site
  • Experience: Previous housekeeping checking or supervisory experience preferred.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for supervising and supporting the housekeeping team, ensuring all lodges and facilities are cleaned to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role within a growing and successful organisation that values professionalism, teamwork, and progression.

Main Responsibilities

  • Quality check all cleaned lodges, providing feedback and ensuring high standards before handover.
  • Prepare and distribute cleaning products and equipment.
  • Deliver and collect linen.
  • Support and motivate cleaners to meet 4pm check-in deadlines.
  • Step in to assist with cleaning when required (e.g. during absences).
  • Use the digital reporting system accurately.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report any shortages to the Head Housekeeper.
  • Maintain exceptional cleaning standards at all times.
