Our 56-bedroom property features a 130-seat restaurant, contemporary spa and leisure facilities, wedding venue, and conference facilities. The Role

We are recruiting an experienced, reliable Cleaner to join our housekeeping team on a full-time basis. You will play a vital role in maintaining our property to the highest standards, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are clean, tidy, and meet Forest Hills' reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest bedrooms to exacting standards
  • Maintain public areas including lobbies, corridors, and guest facilities
  • Clean and restock bathrooms and spa facilities
  • Perform laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels
  • Report maintenance issues and damage to management
  • Follow health and safety protocols and use cleaning products correctly
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain professionalism at all times
