Receptionist

Are you naturally welcoming, with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality?

Linthwaite House is part of the Leeu Collection’s luxury hospitality portfolio, and we are looking for new team members to join the Leeu family, in our beautiful Hotel AA Red Star overlooking Lake Windermere.

Receptionist Requirements

At Linthwaite House we are looking for a warm and welcoming Guest Relations Host to join our family. As the main point of contact for guests and our teams, you will be methodical and organised in your approach to dealing with multiple priorities. You must be able to demonstrate having delivered an intuitive and exceptional guest experience in a similar environment, your attention to detail, and your ability to work as part of a dedicated team.

Your remit will include a wide variety of Reception and Reservation tasks, and shifts will be on a rota basis with a variety of early, middle and late shifts. A working knowledge of Rezlinx would be considered an asset.

Candidates will need to be agile and versatile, as we are a very “hands-on” team!

Linthwaite House is an AA Red Star Hotel, located in the heart of the Lake District and set in 14 acres (5.7 hectares) of established gardens and well-maintained woodland grounds with a private tarn. The property boasts breath-taking views over Lake Windermere and the fells beyond. The Lake District is renowned for its glacial ribbon lakes, rugged fell mountains and historic literary associations, as well as traditional inns and galleries displaying local art. It has recently been awarded World Heritage status.

Linthwaite House has 30 individually designed rooms, plus six , luxurious Fell Suites.
