Full job description

Job Title: Early Years Specialist
Salary: £28,004.56 - £29,254.56 FTE
Job Types: Full-time (37.5 hours / week) - Permanent- with a 1.30pm finish on Fridays!
Location: Easton Community Children’s Centre (ECCC) - BS5

Key Requirements

  • Qualifications: Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner.
  • Experience & Approach: Motivated, energetic, and passionate about quality, child-centred early education.
  • Core Values: Personal and professional commitment to anti-racist practice, trauma-informed care, and embracing diversity.
  • Safeguarding: Dedicated to promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.

We aren't just any nursery; we're an established independent charity in the heart of Easton. Our vision is to provide "a sense of belonging, not just fitting in." We are looking for an inspiring practitioner to join our team and help our children thrive. The vacancy is in one of our rooms for under 3s.
