About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Reception Team Leader to join our friendly and supportive GP Practice. This is a hands-on, leadership position focused on co-ordinating and leading the Reception team and Practice’s day-to-day operations - as well as working alongside our other Reception Team Leaders and Trainer to coach, develop and support our ten-person Reception team to deliver a patient experience which is of the highest possible quality.

You’ll work closely with a wide range of clinicians and other members of the Practice’s administrative and Management teams on a daily basis, and lead by example in terms of providing professional, helpful and non-judgmental customer service at every patient contact.

You understand that the smooth running of the GP Practice depends on a high-performing Reception team, and your role in making this happen.

What we offer

  • NHS discounts and Employee Assistance Programme
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • A supportive and friendly working environment
