About The Role:

We're excited to be looking for an experience and enthusiastic Senior Waiter to join our front-line team at Arcade London! With a buzzing atmosphere, globally inspired kitchens, and electrifying service, this is your chance to be part of one of London's most exciting dining destinations.

As a Senior Waiter at Arcade London, you love delivering top-notch guest experiences and have a knack for making every service unforgettable. The successful candidate in this role will:

• Be in charge of opening and closing the restaurant.
• Assist with the development of junior staff members.
• Communicate with guests in a confident and professional manner.
• Be responsible for delivering a consistent and high standard service.
• Be in your element delivering top-tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make menu recommendations.
• Keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Maintain & update cleaning schedules, records and checklists.
• Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices and procedures.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience as a Senior Waiter or similar role within a high volume high quality restaurant.
• Bring a genuine interest and passion for recommending food and drink options to your guests.
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn!
• Love for food and drink and most importantly, bring a passion for delivering great customer service.
• Are a strong team player with excellent communication skills (English is a must).
• The ability to stay cool under pressure.
