Full job description

Job Role: Packing Operative – (Full-time and Permanent)

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour PLUS a weekly shift premium of £89.25. Opportunity for overtime at time and a half.

Shift Pattern: Rotation of 12-hour day shifts (6.00am – 6.00pm) and night shifts (6.00pm – 6.00am). Working between 13 -16 shifts per month, depending upon the rotation.

Job Location: St Neots – Howard Road. Please note you would start at our St Neots facility, but move over to our new Godmanchester factory

This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking gain a long-term career within the packaging industry. This exciting position has the opportunity to progress further within the company.

Role/Responsibilities:

You will work closely with all the production team, to assist with:

  • Packing
  • Feeding
  • Inspecting
  • Sorting products

You will help the team to achieve agreed targets, whilst working in a safe and clean environment.

Requirements:

  • No experience required as full training will be provided
  • Attentive to quality of product
