  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction with their dining experience.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a hospitality role within the industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record of effective team work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapports with guests and inspire team members.
