Chef de Partie – Pizza, pasta & grill section

Guidi’s Restaurant, Airdrie, has reopened.

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to work in our pizza, pasta or grill sections. You’ll prep, cook, and deliver high‑quality dishes, manage your station confidently, and support the team during busy service.

What You’ll Do

  • Cook pizzas (hand‑stretched/stone oven)
  • Pasta dishes, main course dishes
  • Run your section efficiently during service
  • Prepare and maintain high food standards
  • Keep your area clean and organised
  • Support and guide junior chefs

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as CDP or strong Demi CDP or experienced pizzaiolo
  • proven experience in busy kitchen essential
  • Calm, organised, and great under pressure
  • Team player with good communication
  • Food hygiene knowledge
