The Pavilion in St Annes is a family run business and we are looking for a talented Barista to join the team. We are a fully licenced Café with a diverse menu and offer special events for extra special occasions. We have a well established staff team and are looking for the right individual to be a part of our work family.

Job description

We require a Barista to join our team and provide our customers with quality coffee, hot and cold beverages and support our floor staff , covering 5 days a week, the hours will be predominantly day time between 8:30 and 5:00 will involve weekend work.

Duties include:

• Preparing coffee and other hot and cold drinks
• Opening and closing down/ cleaning bar area
• Maintain a clean work station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
• Be able to work in an often very busy/ fast paced environment
• Operate with our staff as a team and support eachother

Previous Barista experience is required and the ideal candidate will have:

• A passion for all things coffee
• An eye for detail
• Be a strong team player
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have an understanding of what guests expect

Salary: From £13.00 per hour
