Salary: £15.28 - 15.28 per hour + bonus
Customer Service Advisor

£15.28 per hour

Monday to Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm - No Sundays

Office-based in Bradley Stoke (BS32)

We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors to work for the RAC. RAC is the UK's leading name in the motor breakdown industry and are currently looking to add a number of advisors to their team. With an iconic office perfectly located next to the motorway and with strong public transport links to the City Centre, this role is ideal for both private vehicle owners and public transport users.

Role:

This role involves speaking to both new and existing RAC members regarding their current policies and helping them to either sign up for the first time, or to renew their current policies. Through excellent customer service, you will provide a comprehensive overview of RAC products and policies, allowing the customer to choose the right one for their needs:

  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Dealing with existing RAC customers
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Answering various questions and queries

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an outgoing individual who has a passion for providing high levels of customer service and the ability to build rapport with new customers. You will have exceptional communication skills and an ability to retain product information provided through extensive training.
