We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our Sheffield team and support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant. You will lead by example, ensure high operational standards, and help drive team performance and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
• Monitor performance, drive sales, and maximise profitability
• Support recruitment, training, and development of team members
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on, proactive approach with a positive attitude
• Passion for food, drink, and delivering excellent guest experiences
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good understanding of financials, KPIs, and team performance
